How to Lose Weight in Certain Body Areas

You see it on late night TV all the time - lose weight on your stomach! Can you lose weight in certain body areas? Yes. Let me show you how.

The most common places that fat seems to build up is the stomach and legs. Especially on females, the legs can be very hard to lose fat from.

So you want to know, how to lose weight in certain body areas?



The answer is: You can't choose where you lose fat.

Spot reduction is a lie. You can't just burn fat from wherever you like, your body doesn't work like that. Even though you may be sorely hurt to find this out, there is only one thing you can do now, burn fat. Just because you can't choose where you want to burn fat, doesn't mean your body doesn't know where to burn it from.

You start eating properly, most meals consisting of veggies and lean meats, a couple of no sugar coffees per day, doing some exercise and the weight WILL start coming off.

It is not a matter of IF, but WHEN.

So although you can't choose where to burn fat, your body knows where the biggest stores of it are and it WILL start burning those fat stores up for energy, just give your body the NEED for energy such as exercise.

Don't get all upset about the fact that you may have poor genetics, think you are too overweight to even start losing fat or if the thought of dieting makes you cry, and the thought of exercising makes you want to die.
